This is the Vendor Application Page for Philadelphia OURfest Festival 2024. October 13th 12-6pm
This form is for any entity requesting tabling at OURfest on October 13, 2024. This is only a request for space and is not a guarantee for space. Once your request has been received, you will receive communications if you have been selected for participation.
If you are chosen, you will receive a link from Philly Pride 365 which will allow you to purchase your tabling and add ons.
Priority will be given to LGBTQ+ owned, BIPOC owned, and women owned vendors. Corporations interested in participating in the festival must inquire about a sponsorship package.
**Filling out this form does not guarantee you a space at the festival. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason, such as capacity, logistics, and/or conflict with the principles of Galaei.
Confirmation emails will be sent out on a rolling basis.
Vendor stations are included with a minimum donation.

Non Profit Orgs $100,000 - $250,000 budgets - $300
Non Profit Orgs $250,000 - $750,000 budgets - $500

WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF POP UP TENTS, SO IF YOU NEED TO RESERVE ONE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $100. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE SO TENTS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
