This form is for any entity requesting tabling at Pride, June 1st 12-6pm. This is only a request for space and is not a guarantee for space. Once your request has been received, you will receive communications if you have been selected for participation.
If you are chosen, you will receive a link from Philly Pride 365 which will allow you to purchase your tabling and add-ons.
Priority will be given to LGBTQ+ owned, BIPOC owned, and women owned vendors. Corporations interested in participating in the festival may inquire about a sponsorship package.
**Filling out this form does not guarantee you a space at the festival. We reserve the right to decline any application for any reason, such as capacity, logistics, and/or conflict with the principles of Galaei.
Confirmation emails will be sent out on a rolling basis.
**NEW FOR PRIDE - FEATURED VENDORS**
Featured vendors will have their booths placed at the entrances immediately inside the "21+ gardens." This will guarantee a significant amount of foot traffic as patrons must walk by the booths as they enter the garden. There is no charge to apply to be a feature vendor, but there is an additional $100 fee for this prime opportunity if selected. Applications will be reviewed and selected by the PhillyPride365 team. To apply, please submit a 1 minute video explaining why you should be chosen as a featured vendor.

Non Profit Orgs $250,000 - $750,000 budgets - $550
Non Profits Over $750,000 budgets - $650
Businesses Under $100,000 budgets - $250
Businesses $100,000 - $250,000 budgets - $450
Businesses $250,000 - $750,000 budgets - $650
Businesses over $750,000 budgets - $750

WE HAVE A LIMITED NUMBER OF POP UP TENTS, SO IF YOU NEED TO RESERVE ONE FOR AN ADDITIONAL $100. THIS EVENT IS RAIN OR SHINE SO TENTS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AS NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
