Gasparilla Softball Classic

In consideration of this waiver's acceptance, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and assigns release and waive any and all claims for damages against the Suncoast Softball League and the Gasparilla Softball Classic Softball Tournament, and/or any players, participants, coaches, officials, and sponsors for any injuries, or death, or property damage or theft sustained by me as a team participant or spectator. I attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained in said activity.  
 
I, by checking this box, acknowledge that I have read and understood each and every provision in this release of liability and indemnification agreement and agreed to abide by them.
