In partnership with Hotel Ziggy on the iconic Sunset Blvd. in West Hollywood for a complete takeover, and in collaboration with popular local Queer-inclusive party promoters such as Carnivale Risque, Damn.Good.Dyke.Nights., Dungeon East with Mistress Justine Cross, Gayasstrology, and Yes, Ma'am, come experience Equality Fashion Week's OPENING NIGHT of Couture, Cocktails & Cuisines! From 7pm-Midnight. Valet and Public Parking available. Rideshare is highly encouraged.

EFW E3 Summit - Educate. Enrich. Empower!
Noon - 10pm
Location: Fan Girl Cafe, 8157 Santa Monica Blvd Suite A, West Hollywood
At the heart of Equality Fashion Week 2024, the E3 (Educate, Enrich, Empower) Summit at Fan Girl Cafe serves as a pivotal platform for dialogue and learning. The summit features an incredible line-up of luminaries such as published author Zara Barrie, branding mastermind Goldie Chan, award-winning community leaders like Bamby Salcedo, trailblazers Mia Yamamoto, award-winning activist and musician Ryan Cassata, Founders like Leon Wu, Rose Montoya and many more to offer a dynamic exploration of the LGBTQ+ experience. This condensed series of discussions aims to educate, enrich understanding and foster unity, making it a must-attend for those seeking to deepen their knowledge and engagement with the LGBTQ+ narrative.
Day 3 - Saturday, May 18th - 3 EVENTS!!!
10am-4pm EFW & The Queer Mercado Queer Market East
Location: EASTLA CIVIC CENTER, 4801 E 3rd St, Los Angeles, CA 90022
In partnership with The Queer Mercado, Equality Fashion Week is bridging the Gap between Eastside and Westside Los Angeles economies & businesses to bring EFW designers and vendors to The QM monthly pop-up experience at East LA Civic Center. The Goddess Mercado and Queer Mercado are a marketplace composed of Latinas, youth, LGBTQ+ Creators, vendors & artists. They are the first permanent LGBTQ+ feature in the community that takes place on the 2nd and 3rd Saturday of each month. Together with EFW, we will be providing LGBTQ+ businesses and creatives a safe and inclusive space to reach local neighbors on both the Eastside and Westside of Los Angeles, and providing a chance for local consumers to support queer-owned businesses and talent! Saturday's Queer Market will consist of The Queer Mercado's usual 100+ vendors plus EFW vendors. For our friends on the Westside, see Day 4 info for our Queer Market West at Hotel Ziggy!
6pm-9pm EFW 3rd Annual Fashion Gala w/ 10 LGTBQ+ Designers
Location: The West Hollywood EDITION, 9040 Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069
In partnership with The West Hollywood EDITION, on Sunset Blvd and Doheny Dr., this year's Fashion Gala, with host Rose Garcia and EFW Founder NiK Kacy, will be a well-curated evening of fashion designs with the MOST DIVERSE runway ever to be seen, paired with the sights of 10 queer designers, 100+ models & the exclusive EFW custom soundscape by DJ Little Dinosaur & surprise guest performers. Don't miss the spectacular fashion half-time show with Netflix's "Next in Fashion", Adolfo Sanchez! It will be a night like no other! After-party immediately after at Hotel Ziggy down the street! Valet and Public Parking available. Rideshare is highly encouraged.

EFW & The Queer Mercado Queer Market East

In partnership with Hotel Ziggy, The Queer Mercado, and Pearl Pool Party, we are taking over the rock-n-roll hotel with over 30 vendors, the hottest pool party with the queerest folks in town, and sights and sounds sure to feed your soul! Come jump in the only saltwater pool in Weho and shop from incredible local queer small businesses! Eat, drink and be queer. Multiple DJs and special performances by Nekeith and more!
Day 5 - just kidding... time to rest up!
By purchasing a ticket to Equality Fashion Week, a four-day charity fundraising event, you, the ticket buyer, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that participation in Equality Fashion Week involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, property damage, and other losses related to event activities. You assume full responsibility for any risks arising from your attendance and participation in the event.
2. Waiver and Release: In consideration of being allowed to participate in Equality Fashion Week, you hereby waive, release, and forever discharge Equality Fashion Week, its organizers, partners, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and any other individuals or entities associated with the event (collectively referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with your participation in the event, including those arising from the negligence of the Released Parties or any other participants in the event. This waiver and release extend to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.
3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of your participation in Equality Fashion Week, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.
4. Photography and Media: By attending Equality Fashion Week, you grant the event organizers and their designees the irrevocable right to use your likeness, image, voice, and appearance as captured during the event in any media, worldwide, without compensation, for promotional or any other purposes.
5. Event Policies: You agree to comply with all event policies and rules, including health and safety measures, as well as instructions from event staff and volunteers. Failure to follow these policies may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
6. Changes to Event: Equality Fashion Week reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or lineup without prior notice. No refunds will be issued due to these changes.
7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Acknowledgment: By purchasing a ticket and attending Equality Fashion Week, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Non-Refundable Tickets: Please note that tickets for Equality Fashion Week are generally non-refundable as this event serves as a fundraiser, and pricing has been thoughtfully set to be inclusive and affordable for all communities.
Extenuating Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you find yourself unable to attend due to an extenuating circumstance, we invite you to contact us directly. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to accommodate where possible, recognizing the importance of fairness and compassion in exceptional situations.
Processing Fees: Please be aware that any ticketing platform and credit card processing fees incurred at the time of your purchase are non-refundable. These fees are charged by external service providers and are beyond the control of Equality Fashion Week organizers.

We appreciate your understanding and support for Equality Fashion Week and our fundraising efforts. Your participation plays a pivotal role in the success of our event and the promotion of equality and inclusion within our communities.
Event Cancellation or Changes: Equality Fashion Week is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for all attendees. However, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, public health concerns, or other significant events, may necessitate the cancellation or modification of scheduled events.
Notification: In the event of a cancellation or significant change to the event schedule, venue, or lineup, Equality Fashion Week will endeavor to notify all registered attendees via email and will post updates on our official website and social media channels.
Refunds Due to Cancellation: Should Equality Fashion Week be fully cancelled, attendees will be offered a refund of their ticket purchase price, excluding any ticketing platform and credit card processing fees, which are non-refundable.
In the case of event rescheduling, attendees will have the option to retain their tickets for the new event date or request a refund under the terms outlined above.
Attendee Cancellation: Attendees who wish to cancel their ticket due to personal reasons are subject to our standard refund policy, which generally states that tickets are non-refundable. We understand that extenuating circumstances can occur and encourage ticket holders to contact us for review on a case-by-case basis.
Force Majeure: Equality Fashion Week shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulation, disaster, strikes (other than those involving the event organizers or their agents), civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities.

Equality Fashion Week is dedicated to ensuring the security and integrity of our event for all attendees, participants, and stakeholders. In alignment with this commitment, we have established a strict Non-Transfer Policy for tickets purchased for Equality Fashion Week.
Non-Transferable Tickets
Policy Statement: Tickets purchased for Equality Fashion Week are generally non-transferable. Once a ticket has been purchased, it is bound to the individual whose name appears on the ticket, and cannot be transferred, sold, or reassigned to another individual under any circumstances. However, please contact us if there's an extenuating circumstance and we will determine on a case by case basis.
Reasons for the Policy: This policy is in place to prevent fraudulent activity, protect the privacy and security of our attendees, and ensure accurate and reliable attendance records for the event. It also allows for efficient management of ticket sales and event capacity.
Identification Requirement: Attendees may be required to present valid identification at the event entrance that matches the name on the ticket. Failure to provide matching identification may result in denial of entry to the event without refund.
Exceptions:
There will be no exceptions to this policy except in extraordinary circumstances, which will be considered at the discretion of the Equality Fashion Week organizers. Such requests must be made in writing to the event organizers at info@equalityfashionweek.com, detailing the specific reasons for the requested exception.
Cancellation and Refunds: Attendees who are unable to use their purchased ticket may refer to the Equality Fashion Week Refund Policy. Please note, ticketing platform and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Acknowledgment: By purchasing a ticket for Equality Fashion Week, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Non-Transfer Policy. You further understand that violation of this policy may result in the cancellation of your ticket without refund.

Fashion Show at West Hollywood EDITION - 21+ over unless special permission may be allowed for some children who wish to attend with their parents or guardian. Responsibility will be entirely on the parent or guardian for the safety of their child. This will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
