Can you hold yourself up on the pole strongly and want some more moves to deepen your spin-pole practice? This class is for YOU! Taught by Evie Wick, intermediate spin pole will explore holds and moves beyond beginner and build on what you’ve learned thus far.
Please come to class warmed up/having stretched. We encourage you to come to our first class of the day (stretch / open pole).
Heels are not required, but please bring clothes that will give you the most available skin to grip onto the pole (within your comfort, of course!)
