Photo Consent Policy: By purchasing a ticket, attending, or otherwise participating in any event produced by Cherry Fund, you acknowledge and agree that Cherry Fund, its affiliates, successors, assigns, licensees, contractors, and any authorized third parties have the unrestricted right to record, film, photograph, capture, and otherwise document your image, likeness, appearance, voice, and performance during the event. You understand and agree that this content, in whole or in part, may be used by the authorized parties for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to event promotion, marketing, social media distribution, commercial and non-commercial advertisements, editorial and documentary use, and any other media format, whether now known or developed in the future, in perpetuity. By attending the event, you waive and release any and all rights, claims, or causes of action against the authorized parties arising from the use of this content, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or misrepresentation, and any expectation of compensation, royalties, or prior approval regarding how the content is used. You acknowledge that the event is held in a public or semi-public space where photography and videography are common, and therefore, you have no expectation of privacy regarding the capture of your image or likeness. Given the nature of live events and media production, you understand that revoking this consent is not feasible after attending the event, and if you do not wish to be recorded, filmed, or photographed, you should not attend. Cherry Fund does not control independent media, press, or other attendees who may capture and distribute images or footage from the event, and assumes no liability for third-party use of such media. By purchasing a ticket, entering the event venue, or participating in event activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, which are binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.
