Ticket holder acknowledges that the event may be live streamed and recorded by the producer and consents to the display, publication, distribution, and other use of their image, likeness, voice, actions, and statements in any medium for any purpose without further authorization or compensation. Ticket holder will not create, transmit, display, or distribute any images, videos, audio, livestreams, recordings, or other form of public display, public performance or reproduction of any portion of the event for any commercial or non-personal purpose. Dates, times, performers, and programs are subject to change without notice and without guarantee of exchange or refund. If the event producer is other than the REBAR Chelsea, REBAR Chelsea will not be responsible for exchanges, refunds, or any other claims related to the event.
Restrictions/Unlawful Sale or Resale:
A ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed and is valid only for the performance of the event occurring on the date and at the time, and for the seat location, set forth on the ticket. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. No tickets to an event may be resold within 500 feet from the physical structure of the venue where such event is being presented under penalty of law. The unlawful sale or resale or attempted unlawful sale or resale of a ticket is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and, if so, are void. Unauthorized use or duplication of a ticket, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
All ticket sales are final, no exchanges or refunds allowed.

Entry to REBAR Chelsea is restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older. Patrons must provide valid government-issued photo identification as proof of age at the point of entry.
Accepted forms of ID include:State-issued Driver’s License
Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent IDs:
Any attempt to use a fraudulent ID will result in immediate denial of entry and may be reported to local authorities.
