Entry Requirements:
This event is exclusively for sapphic women and femmes who respect and celebrate our community's diversity. No men are allowed. All guests must be 22+. No nudity or lewd activities outside of the home. Respectful behavior and consent are paramount; anyone not adhering to these principles will be asked to leave.

Masks are encouraged but not required.
There are 4 steps into the building that are somewhat wide, and a driveway leading to them. There is a side gate to get into the backyard/pool area; however there are also stairs to enter that way. There are two doors at the front door and from the house to backyard that can both open up for a larger entry/exit. There are shaded areas in the back to get out of the sun.
There are two bathrooms with standard size doors. There are 3 steps inside the house to get to the bathroom, one spaced apart by each room. The floors inside are wood and the backyard is concrete with a lip from the house to the back.
There is seating inside and outside. Smoking is only outside. The event is 4/20 friendly. Please dispose properly of all butts and roaches. There will be high noise levels outside due to the DJ and the pool, but there will be no or low music playing inside the house.
Transportation:
There is plenty of street parking. We are in a neighborhood so please be respectful and don’t block driveways, fire hydrants, or walkways. Carpool if possible to save space for others. There is a 1mi walk that’s mostly flat from the nearest bus stop (the 150 on Topanga Canyon and Lassen). The Chatsworth MetroLink station connects to the 150 and it is a 5min rideshare drive from the address.
