Learning a new skill can be exhausting and practicing for pole specifically takes a lot of moving parts. This course is here to help with completing a standard stage set (2-3 songs) with alternating pole and floor time to extend your performance abilities. As well as structuring your breathing to make your stage presence seem effortless.
Please come to class warmed up / having stretched.
Heels are not required, but please bring clothes that will give you the most available skin to grip onto the pole (within your comfort, of course!)
