All classes (unless otherwise stated on schedule) will take place at Ruby Deluxe, 415 S Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27601. Please note that this location is in downtown, therefore plan accordingly for parking.
Parking:
We recommend parallel street parking around the building. Other parking options include paid lots within minimal walking distance as well as a parking deck across from the Sheraton Hotel on S Salisbury St. All of these options are pay-to-park via mobile app or ticket, if you’re in the garage, however all street parking is FREE on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays!
Other Details:
All classes, including Open Pole sessions, are 60 minutes in length unless otherwise stated on the schedule. All classes will include an instructor-led warm-up with stretching in the beginning of class, and a cool-down in the last moments of class. Please bring your own grip aids if you need them.
Attire:
Pole heels are encouraged, but never required, unless the class is heel-specific. Clothing should leave as much skin exposed as you are comfortable with. Please keep in mind: the less fabric the better! Pole holds require skin-to-pole contact and fabric will make you slide, giving you no grip. If you’re signed up for a floorwork or basework class, knee pads are a good option to have. There are knee pads that are specifically meant for pole dance that have grips on the knee-pit side. These can be easily found on the web.
Expectations:
Pole requires your body to be warm and ready to participate without acquiring an injury, therefore if you arrive to class more than fifteen minutes late, you will be asked not to participate. If you are less than fifteen minutes late, the instructor may ask you to warm up your body by yourself for a few moments and then join class once you’re warm. If you are going to be late for a previously scheduled private lesson please reach out to that instructor privately and inform them. They will use their own discretion in regards to rescheduling, fees, etc.
WHY do we offer “Strippers Only” classes?
These classes are offered specifically for dancers who are currently working in any type of strip club. Siren Studios is SW positive and wants to carve out space for SWers in our area by offering dance classes catered to the club atmosphere. We also offer support and resources to dancers who are looking to transition out of the clubs and into other performance spaces (i.e. showcases, burlesque, etc.).

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Siren Studios, Ruby Deluxe, The Wicked Witch or its instructors and staff members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I also agree that neither Siren Studios, Ruby Deluxe or The Wicked Witch are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class.
